Bhopalpatnam Zamindari, once a princely estate of Bastar, is now an archaeological landmark standing in ruins. Constructed in the early 1900s, the palace reflects remnants of its former splendour. Local tradition states that King Annam Deo granted this zamindari to Nahar Singh Pambhoi in recognition of his valour during the Kakatiyas’ arrival in Bastar.
